The Challenge

R. Homes had three distinct new-construction communities in South Florida: Chloe’s Estates, Julie’s Estates, and Cutler Bay Estates, totaling 29 units and representing over $16 million in inventory.

While R. Homes was already investing in Google Ads, they faced two critical bottlenecks.
Their cost per lead was too high and without an automated lead qualification process, response times were slow, a dangerous gap in a competitive South Florida new construction market where high-intent buyers are actively comparing multiple builders at once.

Our Strategy

We completely overhauled their digital acquisition engine with a focus on cost reduction and speed-to-lead.

We audited and rebuilt their Google Ads campaigns from the ground up, implementing tighter geographic targeting, aggressive negative keyword lists, and high-intent search terms specific to “new construction” and “move-in ready homes” in Homestead and Cutler Bay.

Beyond search, we expanded their reach across social media platforms, deploying targeted campaigns that showcased the high-quality renderings and floorplans of the Sonia, Chloe, and Bella models.

To solve the response-time bottleneck, we implemented a lead qualification automation system.
