Our Commitment
Solved Puzzle is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards to our website.
Standards We Follow
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
Measures We Have Taken
To support accessibility we have: used semantic HTML throughout the site; provided descriptive alt text for all meaningful images; ensured every form field has an associated label; maintained sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds; made all interactive elements keyboard-navigable with visible focus indicators; included a skip-navigation link so keyboard users can jump directly to the main content; and tested our pages for compatibility with common screen readers.
Known Limitations
While we strive for full conformance, some third-party content — such as embedded Google Maps or external video players — may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We are working with those vendors to address these gaps over time.
