"Up to 2 Months Free" Promotional Offer, Terms and Conditions

1. Who can claim it.

   This offer is available to new clients only. A new client is a business or person that has not had an active service agreement with Solved Puzzle in the 12 months before signing. The offer does not apply to existing clients, returning clients, renewals, or changes to an existing agreement.

2. Offer period.

   The offer is available from the launch date through October 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time, or until all 10 new-client onboarding spots are filled, whichever comes first. Solved Puzzle may close the offer as soon as the 10-spot limit is reached, which may be before October 30, 2026.

3. What you get.
   • 3-month agreement: The client pays for months 1 and 2 at the agreed monthly rate. Month 3 is provided at no charge.
   • 6-month agreement: The client pays for months 1 through 4 at the agreed monthly rate. Months 5 and 6 are provided at no charge.
   • In both cases the free month or months are applied at the end of the committed term.
4. What "free" covers.

   The free month or months apply only to the recurring Solved Puzzle management or retainer fee for the plan signed. They do not cover advertising spend paid to platforms (for example Google or Meta), third-party media costs, software or subscription costs, or any other pass-through cost. Those remain the client's responsibility and are billed as usual during every month of the term, including the free month or months.

5. Completing the term.

   To receive the free month or months, the client must sign and keep an active agreement through the end of the committed term. If the agreement is cancelled before the end of the paid portion of the term, the free-month benefit does not apply, and the standard terms of the service agreement govern cancellation.

6. After the term.

   When the committed term ends, service continues at the standard monthly rate under the terms of the service agreement unless the client cancels in line with that agreement.

7. One per client.

   Limited to one offer per client or business. It cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion.

8. Changes to the offer.

   Solved Puzzle may change or end this offer at any time. Any change does not affect an agreement already signed under the offer.

9. Governing agreement.

   This offer is subject to the full Solved Puzzle service agreement signed by the client. If anything here conflicts with that signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
